I’ve had this Mirenesse Beauty Call Touch Up Palette for months now and I honestly have a love hate relationship with it. If you have been reading my blog for quite some time now, you’ll know that I have a penchant for Mirenesse products, they’re my favorite Australian makeup brand.
Back to the Mirenesse Beauty Call Touch Up Palette, it contains 2 foundation/concealer shades with yellow undertones, 3 eyeshadows, and 3 lip colors. It also has a strip of mirror and it comes with a dual ended sponge applicator too.
What I like about Mirenesse Beauty Call Touch Up Palette:
- The foundation shades are the bomb. It offers light to medium coverage and has yellow undertone. It is easy to blend and has managed to survive a whole day without caking. It also control my facial oils quite well.
- The eyeshadows are pigmented. When I’m on a hurry I’d just apply a bit of the second shade and I’m already good to go. It doesn’t crease and has no fallouts. The eyeshadows are very easy to blend and are almost buttery. And also, the lightest shade makes up as a perfect highlighter.
- It is expensive. It currently retails for 49.99usd
- The lip colors are pretty much useless. It’s so sheer and it fades pretty quickly.
While I love Mirenesse products in general, the Mirenesse Beauty Call Touch Up Palette is a fail for me. I feel like I can find an item that contains more product and is more useful for the same price point. The only thing that I can see myself using most of the time is this palette are they eyeshadows.
Anyway, have you tried anything from Mirenesse? What are your favorites?
