It’s no secret that my holy grail eyebrow pencil is from Etude House and eversince I fell in love with that pencil, I vowed to try more products from the brand. So during my last stop in Etude House at SM Southmall, I decided to pick out this Etude House Dear Darling Tint. I am drawn by its cutesy packaging, yes. LOL.

I bought this Dear Darling Tint from Etude House for when I just want a subtle color on my lips and on my cheeks. I am not expecting much from it though and at first I am not impressed because it’s quite hard to layer it on but the more I use it, the more I fell in love with it!

affordable lip tint

It has a slanted doe foot applicator that makes application such a breeze. The consistency is not too thick, just the ideal lip/cheek tint consistency. It gives off a subtle tint on the lips and just the right amount of flush on the cheeks and if you want to build the pigmentation up, just apply a thin layer first, wait for it to dry. and then apply another layer. Keep doing the same steps till you get your desired opacity.

Lip tints are normally drying but this is not the case with Etude House’s Dear Darling tint. I never had any issue with chapped lips when I’m using it. It’s been a favorite eversice I got it and I’ve been using it all the time. Its staying power isn’t as good compared to other tints though. I guess it has something to do with the fact that it’s not the drying kind of tint.

must have lip tint
The Etude House Dear Darling Tint is definitely a steal considering that it’s only 248php. It’s such a promising product minus the staying power. It would only last 3-4hours without eating. It will completely fade off once you eat. I still love it though and I don’t mind re-applying! 😉

Sounds like a nice tint, especially because it's not drying. Too bad it doesn't last long, but I'm glad you are liking it.

This brand has the cutest stuff. Sounds great, drying part is my biggest concern when it comes to tints. This has overcome that, would love to try this. Lovey review 🙂

Etude House is my favourite brand! My entire morning and night skin care routine is based around Etude House 🙂 Affordable and really effective! I haven't tried this product thought – I will have to try. Thanks for sharing!

Are you based in Singapore by the way? I'm half Filipina/half Japanese, but I live in Singapore 🙂 I know a Filipina when I see one! hehe

I am actually thinking of switching skincare products to Etude House since I've been loving them so much. The cute packaging is also a bonus! 😀

And yup, I'm a Filipina but I'm based in Philippines and not in Singapore. 🙂
