How my January 2014 went…

I’d say I’m off to a tough start this year, at first I thought January will be full of happiness, travels and a lot more blog post. You may have noticed that I’m very active within the first two weeks and then suddenly went to a mini hiatus.

The hiatus was unexpected, really. My Daddy was a healthy man but he got sick suddenly. It’s his first time to get hospitalized and I just can’t believe that in just two weeks, just like that. He was gone. I was devastated, I don’t know what to do, I can’t even focus on anything.
And then God made me realize that he left us too soon because he’s that excited to be with my Mommy 🙂 My mommy passed four years ago, he was four years older than my daddy. They left us in the same month and they were both 74years old when they left. Soulmates, huh? I know they don’t want me to be sad and be miserable. Instead, I should be happy for them because they are now living a peaceful life with God and I’m more than sure that they are always watching over me. 🙂 Mommy, Daddy, I’m happy for both of you.
I had to attend a seminar at Baguio City just four days after we led daddy to his final resting place. I didn’t really want to attend the seminar at first but it’s for school and it was mandatory. I’m actually glad I attended the seminar because the trip gave me time to think.
I ended up enjoying the trip, I made lots of new friends and the cold weather was relaxing enough though the seminar itself is quite stressful! Haha! <3
As I’ve said, I’m trying my best to get back on track and post a lot. I have so many posts and I’m so excited to share them with you all 🙂 I have to publish a few advertorials first then I’ll be doing lots and lots of makeup reviews. The makeups I’ll be reviewing are the affordable ones, the ones that’s student-budget-friendly! 🙂
I actually enjoy writing this post and I might do a lot more of this in the future too rather than posting just product reviews and ootds, I think its fun because serve this kind of posts  could as my window to the past as time goes by. I hope you won’t mind me publishing personal posts every once in a while. 😉
